TERMS OF SERVICE

1. THE SERVICE

AlbionForge provides market analysis tools for Albion Online, including a Price Checker, Black Market Flipper, Transport Route calculator, and Price Alerts. Market data is sourced from the Albion Data Project and is provided for informational purposes only. AlbionForge is not affiliated with Sandbox Interactive GmbH.

2. ACCOUNTS

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to Premium features continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service's APIs
• Use automated scripts to create accounts or circumvent rate limits
• Resell or redistribute access to Premium features
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. DATA & ACCURACY

Market data is sourced from third-party community projects and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. AlbionForge makes no guarantees about the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any market data. Trading decisions made using the Service are made at your own risk.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALBIONFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF IN-GAME CURRENCY OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.
