1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord username and email.

Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Usage data: We may collect basic usage information such as which tools you use, in order to improve the Service.

Price alerts: If you create price alerts, we store the item names, target prices, and conditions you configure, along with your email address to send notifications.

Contact messages: If you use the contact form, we store your name, email, and message content.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To create and manage your account
• To process subscription payments and manage billing
• To send price alert notifications to your email address
• To respond to support and contact requests
• To improve the Service and diagnose technical issues

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. COOKIES & SESSION DATA

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We also store your preferred Albion server region (Americas/Europe/Asia) in your browser's local storage. No tracking or advertising cookies are set by AlbionForge directly. Third-party advertising partners (see Section 5) may set their own cookies.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Price alert history and contact messages may be retained for up to 90 days for operational purposes.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Discord — optional OAuth login
• Albion Data Project — third-party market data source
• Google AdSense — advertising shown to free and unauthenticated users; Google may use cookies to serve relevant ads

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via the contact page. Premium subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings.

7. SECURITY

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
